Welcome to Fish-On Guide Services of Wisconsin! We are a full-time fishing charter operating 7 days a week. This means we stay on the fish! Our boat is located in Port Washington, Wisconsin located just 25 minutes north of Milwaukee. Port Washington is a world class fishery where you will have a chance of catching a fish of a lifetime! Lake Michigan is known for its King Salmon, Coho Salmon, Lake Trout, Brown Trout and Steelhead Trout (Rainbow Trout)! Port Washington is unique in that it offers access to deeper water closer to shore than other ports. What does this mean? Less travel time on the water, more fishing and access to a variety of water depths. We work hard to put you on fish and to have the best experience possible!
Captain Ruben Ojeda is a retired law enforcement officer and a full-time charter Captain and fishing guide. He has dedicated his life to fishing and teaching others his true passion and respect for the sport. Fishing the waters of Port Washington since he was 9 years old, Captain Ruben will provide you with a wealth of information while using the latest techniques and equipment available. Captain Ruben is a fully insured USCG Captain, Licensed Wisconsin Fishing Guide and is CPR Certified. He is also a member of the National Professional Anglers Association and the Charter Captains Association of Port Washington.

Tracy has been fishing Lake Michigan with Captain Ruben for over 35 years. She is a Wisconsin Licensed Fishing Guide and has proven herself as a successful first mate and tournament angler. Once on board, Tracy will explain the different species of fish, equipment being used, and what to expect on the trip. Tracy is known to be one of the quickest hook sets in the Midwest and will therefore put more fish in the boat for you!
We will be fishing out of our 31’ Sportcraft boat, named “Reel Therapy”. Perfect for groups of up to 6, it will give you a comfortable experience on the water. Sportcraft boats are designed to handle big water with safety in mind and it is child-friendly. The fighting deck is lined with Dri-Dek, an anti-slip mat. The cabin has a private bathroom with an electric flush toilet. This state-of-the-art vessel is powered by twin 300 HP Mercury engines to give you a smooth and quiet ride.
Reel Therapy is equipped with some of the most advanced electronics available to help make your trip safe and successful. Features include: Garmin Panoptix, Lowrance Carbon fish finder with sidescan and downscan capabilities, Lowrance Halo+ radar with Doppler technology, Lowrance marine radios, Raymarine Axiom fish finder, Fishhawk Electronics, Subtroll Electonics, Cannon Optimum downriggers and Okuma rods and reels.
On Lake Michigan you have a chance of catching the fish of a lifetime while viewing beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It's a great time to spend with family or friends with groups of up to 6 people. We can accommodate large groups or company outings as well. Please contact us for additional information. Morning trips are scheduled to start at 5:00am and afternoon trips start at 2:00pm. Full day trips are from 5:00am to 1:00pm. Times may be adjusted if necessary for the best bite!
